Cancellation Policy

In order to secure a booking, credit card details are required. These are held as surety in lieu of a deposit.
Once checked in guests are responsible for the whole period booked.

Group Bookings need to be Approved by the Property Managers before the Reservation can be secured by the Guest.

Cancellations during standard and winter periods which are made with less than 3 days notice will incur 1 x night’s cancellation fee.

Cancellations during peak period which are made with less than 7 days notice will incur 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

No refunds for early departure.
All refunds are at the discretion of Beachpoint Management

Check In and Out Times: (unless prior arrangements are made)

Arrival: From 2:00pm until 6:00pm (if you plan to arrive later than 6:00pm please contact the managers to arrange a late check in)

Departure: By 10:00am
